Reports
Alongside the report you get right after a check finishes (see Running a check), AI Visibility also ships four always-on reports that come built into every campaign's Insights tab. They draw on the same history your checks build up, so you don't need to open a check's own report to keep an eye on the big picture — these sit right next to your campaign performance reports.
The four built-in reports
- How is our AI search visibility trending? — your overall visibility score and sentiment plotted over every check you've run, so you can see the shape of the trend rather than just the latest number.
- How do we compare to competitors in AI answers? — a share-of-voice view of how often you're mentioned versus each named competitor that's come up in your checks.
- Which AI engines mention us most? — your visibility score broken out by engine, so you can see where you're strong (and where you're not) at a glance.
- Where do AI answers cite us from? — a breakdown of citation sources (your own site, competitors, directories, or social), showing how much of what AI engines cite about you actually points back to something you own.
Where to find them
Open any campaign and go to its Insights tab — these four are there by default, tenant-wide, since AI Visibility measures your brand as a whole rather than one campaign at a time. That means the same figures show up no matter which campaign's Insights tab you're looking at.
How they update
These four update whenever a new AI Visibility check finishes — there's no separate schedule to manage. If you haven't run a check yet, they'll show as empty until you do; see Running a check to get your first one going.
FAQ
Q: Do these only reflect the campaign I'm viewing them from? A: No. AI Visibility measures your brand overall, not a single campaign, so the same figures appear on every campaign's Insights tab.
Q: Can I remove these from a campaign's Insights tab? A: They come built in by default the same way the standard campaign performance figures do. If you'd rather not see them, treat them the same way you would any other view you want off your screen.
Q: Why is one showing empty? A: These only have something to show once at least one AI Visibility check has completed. Run a check (see Running a check) and it will populate.
